This workshop is designed for instructors who want to refine their skills in addressing and supporting clients with scoliosis, rotational issues, or difficulties in finding their midline. In this hands-on workshop, you’ll explore the powerful role that props can play in enhancing, modifying, and adding variety to your Pilates practice. Whether you’re working with clients who need extra support, looking to increase challenge, or simply wanting to refresh your routine, this workshop will give you the knowledge and confidence to incorporate props effectively.

- Delve into the reasons for using props like the magic circle, weights, thera bands, small balls, pillows, and more. Learn how to choose the right prop for different exercises and client needs.

- Discover how props can deepen muscle engagement, increase range of motion, and improve alignment. Experience the impact they can have on both foundational and advanced Pilates exercises.

- Learn to use props to make Pilates accessible for beginners or those with injuries, offering support and guidance. At the same time, explore how to use props to challenge more experienced clients, adding complexity and intensity to their workouts.
